Meet the Team
Affinity Member Performance is led by former HUB International affinity program executives, Brian Heath and Mike Theodore.
Brian Heath
Brian built his marketing and communications career at HUB International, with over ten years supporting affinity and association clients. Prior to his affinity work, he lead strategic marketing initiates for HUB’s Chicago sales teams.
Brian spends his off hours planning for his next board game session, rock climbing at the gym, or chasing his children around the house.
He is a graduate of Purdue and DePaul Universities, and is a member of PiMA.
Mike Theodore
Mike Theodore spent more than six years at HUB International as the head of digital marketing supporting affinity programs. Prior to working in the affinity space, he was the head of global demand generation at an international mid-market B2B company and previously worked for Chicago-area marketing agencies focused on strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and SEO and PPC.
Outside of work, Mike lives in Chicago and can often be found at Wrigley Field, the lakefront or a concert.
He is a graduate of the University of Illinois and a member of PiMA.

Our engagements always start with strategy at the highest levels. Because tactical execution without strategy first is marketing malpractice.

Pricing
We do not charge an hourly rate for our services. Our fees are aligned with our expertise and the value of our strategic thinking, creativity and execution.
Our stance on AI
While we respect the potential of the tool we recognize it as just that: a tool. AMP views it as a way to sharpen thinking, bring clarity to datasets and aid in various processes. But we do not view AI as a means to an end. We are dedicated to responsible use. In doing so, we promise:
To ask for your current AI policies at the onset of our engagement
To be transparent when using the tool, especially if AI is used to create any member- or market-facing material
To enable privacy settings so that chat or project data is not used to help improve the AI model
To guide our clients with appropriate AI use cases
