Turn underperforming benefits into your association’s next revenue engine

Affinity Member Performance is led by two former affinity program insiders and is dedicated to driving revenue for the B2B2C market with our AMP Acceleration System.

Do you have a benefits adoption problem?

Check all that apply

  • A launch announcement isn’t the same as members knowing what’s in it for them — that’s usually an awareness and relevance problem, not a benefits problem.

  • Flat non-dues revenue despite an active program usually means adoption is the real gap, not the benefit itself.

  • Nobody owning adoption is one of the most common reasons programs plateau. It’s also one of the most fixable, once it’s actually assigned to someone.

  • Not knowing which benefits are underperforming is normal without a lifecycle view — mapping the member journey makes it visible fast.

  • A new mailer or post can move a number temporarily, but it won’t fix an adoption problem that starts further upstream.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do we actually get at the end of the engagement?

A Leadership Alignment Report, a Strategic Opportunity Roadmap, a full Implementation Roadmap, and Quarterly Performance Reports once you’re live — one deliverable per phase, not a single slide deck at the end.

How long does the process take?

Phase 1 typically runs 30 days, matching AMP’s standard Transition Performance Office engagement. Phases 2–4 continue from there, paced to your team’s capacity.

Do you also redesign our website?

We can, but the engagement doesn’t require it. Phase 3 covers content strategy and channel coordination; whether that includes a website rebuild depends on what the diagnosis in Phase 1 and 2 turns up.

Will you interview our staff and members?

Yes — Phase 1 includes executive interviews and stakeholder mapping; Phase 2’s member lifecycle mapping draws on direct member research where it’s available.

Will this improve our non-dues revenue, not just awareness?

That’s the point of Phase 2 and 3: connecting adoption gaps directly to the revenue lines they affect, not just running an awareness campaign.
